Siegfried Erkle can be found on the second floor of the Legends' Guild. He runs the Legends Guild Shop of Useful Items, which is the only source of the Cape of legends, Shield right half, and Mithril Seeds (Except the quest reward from Waterfall Quest). The replacement period per seed is approximately 2 minutes 50 seconds until the store inventory is full again.
From the name, it shows that he is the brother of Radimus Erkle.
Oddly, his default chathead is the depressed/sad expression.
