Sand is an item that players obtain and use as part of The Hand in the Sand quest. The word may also refer to any of the following:

• Bucket of sand, an item used to make molten glass as part of the Crafting skill
• Sandbag, a sack full of sand used during the Enlightened Journey quest
• Sandpit, a source of the sand found around Gielinor, which used to fill buckets and sacks
