The Ruby bracelet is a jewellery item that players can make by using a gold bar on a furnace while they have a ruby and a bracelet mould in their inventory. It requires a Crafting level of 42, and gives 80 experience points when made. It offers no combat bonuses when worn.

Members can enchant the ruby bracelet into an inoculation brace by casting Enchant Level 3 Jewellery on it. Doing so requires level 49 Magic and grants 59 experience points. Following the introduction of the new quest, Gunnar's Ground, players are able to engrave jewellery by speaking to Dororan, receiving a one-time crafting bonus of 2,000 experience.
