Restoration certificate is an quest item used in The Temple at Senntisten quest. It is received from the archaeological expert after the player "explains" why Azzanadra does not have any certifications, and guarantees that he does meet the requitments. After this Azzanadra can start restoring the temple under the Digsite. Once the certificate is obtained, Azzanadra will take it and tell the player to meet him at the altar under the Digsite, where he continues the quest.
