The Rekeshuun are the goblins of the north. You learn about them from the goblin tribe book in The Lost Tribe.
They were also present in the battle of the God Wars Dungeon. In the dungeon, goblins can be seen carrying banners with the symbol of the Rekeshuun. Their name, in the ancient goblin tongue, translates to "Goblins of the North".
