Registrars (1-5) are clerks found in the tournament area of the Duel Arena. They must be spoken to by players on tournament servers if they wish to enter a tournament.
Each is followed by a number of 1 through 5, indicating which tournament they speak for.
If there is less than a certain amount of players in that world a tournament will not begin.
