The Ram skull helm is a members only helmet. To obtain this item, the player must complete the Rag and Bone Man wish list miniquest and have at least 30 Defence. It can be switched for a Bonesack by talking to the Odd Old Man again. This helmet has stats similar to an Adamant full helmet, but does not have any negative Magic modifiers. It can also be enchanted by the Odd Old Man after completing his wishlist after Fur 'n' Seek. It will then become a Ram skull helm(e).

- The Ram skull helmet's examine info is a reference to the George Thorogood song "Bad To The Bone", with the extended baaaad probably being a reference to the sound of a sheep.
