The Quick-Fire Crossbow is a cosmetic weapon accessory available from Solomon's General Store. It can only be equipped and used on behalf of a crossbow, such as a Chaotic Crossbow, and gains the properties, stats and special attack of the weapon it is replacing.

Trivia

There appears to be a grip on the side of the crossbow, which would suggest it would be fired with two hands. However, it is a one-handed crossbow.
Perhaps its real life basis is the chu ko nu, an ancient crossbow invented by the Chinese that can fire around three bolts in one pull of the trigger.
