Preparation is a basic Defence ability. When activated each attack the player takes within 10 seconds reduces the remaining cooldown of Resonance by 3 seconds.
Preparation is useful for pausing adrenaline due to its very short cooldown. However, players need to click it every few seconds and it requires a shield. If the player does not intend to move, Detonate is a less tedious alternative.
