Pharaoh's outfit

The Pharaoh outfit is an outfit available to members as part of the Members Loyalty Programme. Members can obtain this costume in exchange for 2,000 Membership Loyalty Points. Like all the other Loyalty Programme costumes, it can be stored in the costume box in the Costume room, but will be reverted to its default colours. It is made up of:

• Pharaoh nemes/Pharaoh bun
• Pharaoh ankh/Pharaoh top
• Pharaoh shendyt
• Pharaoh sandals

When wearing the Pharaoh nemes, a male player is given a Pharaoh's beard.

Trivia

• These outfits resemble clothing worn by ancient Egyptians.
• When the pharaoh sandals were worn by any male player, the tips of the feet were shown as Caucasian regardless of the colour of the player's skin. This was patched on October 25th, 2011.
• The symbol on the chest of the male outfit is the god sign of Icthlarin. That symbol is based on the Egyptian hieroglyph called ankh, which stands for eternal life.
• Although the Pharaoh's outfit most likely originated in the Kharidian Desert, where pyramids are found, it does not provide protection from desert heat as the Dervish outfit does.
