Perrdur is a gnome from the Tree Gnome Stronghold. He can be found with his wife, Dalila, almost right next to the Gnome Restaurant activity. Dalila says they are celebrating the anniversary of their marriage, and Perrdur says monotically "Yes, dear" in the whole dialogue.
