The Open trapdoor is an inaccessible trapdoor located on one of the smaller islands to the east of Tutorial Island. The only options available for it are Go-down, Close and Examine. It used to be only examinable, which yielded What horror lurks below?
This area can only be seen with the Orb of Oculus from Lumbrige Swamp.
