One-iteming

One-iteming is the practice of going into the wilderness with only one item, usually a powerful weapon such as an Armadyl godsword or dragon claws, using the protect item prayer. If the player's prayer points run out and they are skulled, they will lose their item.

After the removal of bounty (+1) worlds, one iteming has become increasingly less popular, although people still do it. Most players find getting attacked by a one itemer quite annoying, but some players try to use the prayer smite to make their enemy's prayer points hit 0, so they will receive their item.
