Ocga is a citizen of Burthorpe with many dialogues when spoken to, often welcoming the player. He may also speak about the Burthorpe Imperial Guard, White Knights, and about Trolls, who unfortunately took his baby son. Before an update on 31 January 2012, players could attack Ocga for drops similar to men.

- Sometimes when you talk to him he says "Ich bin ein Badger!" which means "I am a Badger!" in German.
