Rum is only available from Honest Jimmy at Trouble Brewing for 2 Pieces of Eight.
It is used to teleport back to Trouble Brewing.
When drunk the player seems to die, and can say a variety of things ("Oh gods! It tastes like burning!" Red One; "My Liver! My Liver is melting!" Blue One) The 'Rum' is available in two colours (blue and red), but there is no difference, only the colour.
Trivia
- The name may be a misnomer due to what it does to you when you drink it, since it's called Mostly Harmless Rum and it burns.
