Although this is usually crowded on worlds that have 1500+ people, you'll almost never find any other people there on other worlds. It usually takes around 40 seconds to respawn so you could save 15 seconds by world hopping. Unfortunately you do not gain any Prayer experience by doing this unless you find bones from Monks or kill Monks for their bones and bury them while waiting for the robes to respawn. The bank closest to this monastery is to the east, the Edgeville bank.
