Miltog is the lamp merchant in Dorgesh-Kaan who runs Miltog's Lamps. There is also a Lamp oil still next to his shop. The Lamp stall is right next to the Market stall - marked on the map with the general store icon. In the main stock she sells torches, mining helmets and tinderboxes.
