The Clan meeting invitation is obtained within a Clan Citadel by accepting an invitation to a private meeting from a clanmate with a Master invitation. A tier-2 or higher keep is required for the master invitation to be obtained, and hence also for the clan meeting invitation to be obtained.
The clan meeting invitation is then active for 15 minutes, in which its owner can enter the meeting room with it until the time is up. Once the time has expired, the owner of the invitation cannot enter the meeting room.
