The Mask part 1 is a drop from level 1 Warped Cockroaches, Corpse Spiders, or Warped Flies in the Lumbridge Catacombs. Together with four other mask parts, it forms the Mask of dragith nurn. It has the same inventory icon as the frozen key piece (armadyl).
Warning - If you die carrying any part of the mask you will not keep it and it will disappear. To get multiples of the mask do not pick them up. Wait till you have the desired number of mask parts.
