Martin Thwait is a rogue who can be found in the Rogue's Den and is the master of Thieving. He sells various thieving related items, as well as metal claws and knives from his shop. Players with level 99 Thieving can buy a Thieving skillcape from him for 99,000 coins. To access Martin's store, players must be at least level 50 in both the Thieving and Agility skills, or have a Thieving level of 99.
