An empty pressure flask (b) is an item used in the Flash Powder Factory. It needs to be filled with reagent B from the appropriate reagent machine, marked with a blue arrow on the map, as part of the process of making flash powder.
The resulting full pressure flask (b) must then be taken with a full pressure flask (a) and some catalytic powder to a mixer machine, any of the dark red arrows on the map, to make flash powder and gain points.
