The Enchanted milk is a quest item used Freeing the Lumbridge Sage in Recipe for Disaster. It is one of the three ingredients of a Cake of Guidance, others being Enchanted egg and Enchanted flour. It is made from a bucket of milk during the quest, being enchanted with knowledge by the wizard Traiborn, who lives on the first floor of the Wizards' Tower.
