The Colonist's hat is part of the Colonist outfit. The full set may be bought for 4,000 Loyalty points from Xuan. Its colour can be changed by talking to him. It gives no bonuses and is a cosmetic item. If it is lost, it can be reclaimed from Xuan. The full outfit can be stored in the costume box of a costume room, but it will be reverted back to its original colours.
When a player has their gender changed by the Make-over Mage while possessing the nemes, a message will appear in the chatbox that says The piece of clothing magically changes, and it will become a Colonist's bonnet.
