Klaas is dwarf and a member of the Monarchist Society. He plays a small role in the King of the Dwarves quest. He can tell the you that Meike is in the tower south of Keldagrim. After the quest he can be found in the King's Axe Inn with Meike, Luitger and two Monarchists.
