Keepa Kettilon runs the Jatizso fish store. You need to get taxes from Keepa during The Fremennik Isles. He sells various cooked fish in the store he manages, Keepa Kettilon's Store.

- Keepa Kettilon is wordplay for "Keep the kettle on".
- His dialogue complaining about the fact that he has nothing to cook but fish is a perfect example of the dissatisfaction of the citizens of Jatizso at the spiteful ban on yaks placed on their island by their king.
