- Keepa Kettilon is wordplay for "Keep the kettle on".
- His dialogue complaining about the fact that he has nothing to cook but fish is a perfect example of the dissatisfaction of the citizens of Jatizso at the spiteful ban on yaks placed on their island by their king.
