Cactus spines are harvested from a Cactus grown with level 55 Farming at the special cactus patch in Al Kharid which are used to create Strong weapon poison with a Herblore level of 73. Players may also pay a farmer 10 spines to care for a Yew tree, but it is strongly recommended to do so because of the spine's low cost compared to a yew seed. An alternate way to obtain cactus spines is by looting Nature implings.
