Jokul is a Mountain Camp citizen found in the goat pen north of Mountain Camp leader Hamal the Chieftain. During some Clue scrolls, the player must laugh in his tent.
If players have not yet completed the Mountain Daughter quest, they must bring a rope with them to get over the boulder at the Mountain Camp entrance.
