Jobo is a young Dorgeshuun cave goblin found in Dorgesh-Kaan's nursery complex. Jobo was added to RuneScape on 17 March of 2009 as part of The Chosen Commander quest.
During the quest, Jobo is amongst those poisoned by H.A.M. in their attempt to eliminate the Dorgeshuun. Although it is technically possible to complete the quest without speaking to him, it is highly likely that the player will need to in order to complete the quest.
