Isabella is an NPC who is mentioned while investigating Sister Anna's murder during One Piercing Note quest. It is revealed she was an applicant at the Abbey of St. Elspeth Citharede a few days before, but disappeared prior to Sister Anna's death. Abbess Benita assumes that she had left, finding that the Abbey wasn't right for her.
Upon the end of One Piercing Note it is revealed that Sister Anna never died; she murdered Isabella, disfigured and dressed her corpse as herself to feign her own death so she could start a rash of murders.
