The internal messaging delivery system is mentioned in the 44th Postbag from the Hedge<ref name="postbag">Jagex. Postbag 44 - "Postbag from the Heim", Letter 2. Postbags from the Hedge. *</ref>. Postie Pete says that a few years ago, he offered his services to Daemonheim, but was turned away because they already had an internal messaging delivery system. He later managed to get into the dungeon and jam a spanner into the machine, breaking it.
