An Incomplete stew is made using the Cooking skill. It is made by using a potato on a bowl of water. An uncooked stew is made by using cooked meat on this item.When you put the potato in the stew it says "You cut up the potato and put it into the stew." You don't need a knife although it says you chop it up.
