Hey Presto is a wizard who arrived in RuneScape after chasing the Party Demon down. He is located in three areas, one is north of the demon by the east entrance to the Barbarian village near Varrock, one is south of the demon by the entrance to the Varrock Sewers, and one is north of the demon in the Bandit Camp (Kharidian Desert). Talking to him gives you a Boogie bow. This can be used to kill the constantly spawning party demon, though it gives no ranged experience. Once you have killed him once, talk to Hey Presto to obtain a pair of 200m glasses. He also mentions funny things about partyhats and Party Pete.
Trivia
- It is not required to talk to Hey Presto to get the Boogie Bow, as there is a right-click option for that purpose, however, after you have defeated the Party Demon, it is required that you talk to him to receive your 200m glasses.
