The Herald of Lumbridge is an NPC introduced on 26 July 2011 along with Herald capes. She is located between the anvil house and general store in Lumbridge. When spoken to, she can give you a Herald cape with the Lumbridge crest and helps you customize the design of the cape. You can return at any time to change your chosen design. Some design features have to be unlocked first by completing various quests and tasks (see the Herald cape page for more details).
