The Helm (class 3) is a melee hat in the Stealing Creation minigame. This item is made at the kiln inside the Stealing Creation minigame. It needs one piece of level 3 clay to make the helmet. It requires 40 Defence to wear and 40 Smithing to make. It can only be made inside the minigame and cannot be taken out.
