Heckel Funch is a non-player character who sells ingredients for gnome cooking. His shop, Funch's Fine Groceries, is in the south-east corner of the Grand Tree on the first floor. He is referred to as "Citric Cellar" in a Cryptic Clues Scroll.
Heckel sells many various ingredients from drinks (vodka, whiskey etc.) to fruits and berries. Players can also buy pinneapples from there that can be used in the farming skill to create supercompost.
