The Promethium full helm is a members only item released with Dungeoneering. It requires level 90 Defence to be worn, and can only be used whilst training the skill in Daemonheim. It can be forged from 2 Promethium bars at level 95 Smithing, granting 187 experience.
Compared to a Torva full helm, the stab, slash and ranged defence bonuses of a Promethium full helm is 1 lower, 2 higher and 5 lower respectively. However, its crush bonus is noticeably poor, same as a Dragon full helm. Like all other equipment in Daemonheim, it has 0 summoning defence but this is not important as no creature in Daemonheim uses Summoning.
