A gull.

A group of gulls.

Gulls are NPCs found flying above water near several locations, similar to pelicans and rooks.

They have absolutely no use and can only be examined, except at the prison, where they can be attacked yet have no level. Their only drop is bones. The examine text says "a sea bird." These birds are just part of the scenery.
