Guidor is a quest NPC in the Biohazard quest. He is an old friend of Elena.
During the quest, the player is sent to give him a plague sample, touch paper and the three smuggled liquids. Guidor is located in the most south-east corner of the gated area (guarded by the guard with a strange helmet on), in his bedroom. Upon conversing with him further, he will come to an interesting conclusion about the sample you have brought.
