Gorgonite full helm is an item released with the Dungeoneering update. It requires level 80 Defence to wear. The Gorgonite full helm can be obtained as a drop, or by smithing 2 Gorgonite bars with level 85 Smithing, yielding 169 Smithing experience.
Compared to a Guthan's helm, the stab, slash and ranged defence bonuses of a Gorgonite full helm is 3 higher, 8 higher and 1 lower respectively. However, its crush bonus is noticeably poor, only 1 higher than a Helm of neitiznot. Like all other equipment in Daemonheim, it has 0 summoning defence but this is not important as no creature in Daemonheim uses Summoning.
