The Ghost shopkeeper runs the General store in Port Phasmatys. Since he is a ghost, players will need the Ghostspeak amulet to speak or trade with him.
Unlike most of the ghosts in Port Phasmatys, he deals in regular coins, instead of ecto-tokens.
