Ghost sailors are found on the docks of Port Phasmatys. They have no particular purpose in the game, but explain that they still need trade in Phasmatys so the traders are made to worship the Ectofuntus, so that the Ectopower doesn't run out.

- Their ship has a mini Ectofuntus as seen with the Orb of Oculus.
