The Ghost innkeeper owns The Green Ghost Tavern in Port Phasmatys. He plays a minuscule part when you must give Robin a bedsheet in the Ghosts Ahoy quest. The Ghost innkeeper will not sell beer, due to the fact the taps have long since dried up.
