The Ghost captain is an NPC on the docks of Port Phasmatys. He takes players to Dragontooth Island for a price of 25 ectotokens (10 if the player charms him with the activated Ring of charos). He will take players in a small rowboat.
He can also be found on Dragontooth Island, and will return players to Port Phasmatys without charge.
As with all ghosts, you must be wearing a Amulet of Ghostspeak obtained from The Restless Ghost quest in order to understand and converse with this NPC.
Trivia
- Until an update on 10 August 2010, he did not have a quick-sail option, like many other transportation methods such as Trader Stan's ships and Gnome Gliders. This was likely because of the opportunity to charm him using the Ring of charos to lower the price of the trip.
