An empty pressure flask (a) is an item used in the Flash Powder Factory. It needs to be filled with reagent A from the appropriate reagent machine, marked with a blue arrow on the map, as part of the process of making flash powder.
The full pressure flask (a) must be taken with a full pressure flask (b) to a mixer machine, any of the dark red arrows on the map, to make powder and gain points.
