Frank is the starting NPC for the 2011 Hallowe'en event and one of the founder's of the Horsemen clan, and the only mortal member of it, with the only reason for him getting being that Death and the other horsemen needed a fifth person to found it and that Frank was "nearby". Beauty reveals that Frank would love to see a Glacor.
