The Fractite full helm (Tier 5) is an item that can only be obtained and used while Dungeoneering. It is the strongest helmet available to free players in Daemonheim, requiring level 40 Defence to wear. It may be picked up from the table at the beginning of a dungeon, obtained as a monster drop, or produced using the Smithing skill.
It can be produced by using 2 Fractite bars with a hammer on an anvil, requiring level 45 Smithing and granting 97 Smithing experience.
Compared to a Rune full helm, the stab, slash and ranged defence bonuses of a Fractite full helm is 1 lower, 1 higher and 1 higher respectively than that of a Rune full helm. However, its crush bonus is noticeably poor, only 2 higher than an Adamant full helm. Like all other equipment in Daemonheim, it has 0 summoning defence but this is not important as no creature in Daemonheim uses Summoning.

Trivia
- The horns in Dungeoneering helmets get longer as their tier goes higher. The Novite full helm has the shortest horns of all Dungeoneering helmets, while Primal full helm has the longest.
