The Flesh-Spoiler spawn is a monster encountered while fighting Flesh-spoiler Haasghenahk in the Occult floors during Dungeoneering. When Haasghenahk turns into his second form, five of these monsters will appear. They will then proceed to focus their attacks on a single player. They use only melee attacks and don't hit too hard for their level, but they hit quickly and are very accurate. Their attacks can be completely blocked by Protect from Melee. It is not recommended to kill the spawns as they are killed once Haasghenahk is killed, similar to the ice spiders in Astea Frostweb's lair and the various books with Lexicus Runewright.
