Fistandantilus is a Zamorakian conspirator fought during the Legacy of Seergaze quest. He fights alongside Zaromark Sliver and uses protection prayers when attacked. He attacks using Fire Strike and a Steel mace, both of which hit up to 80. Note that using full Verac does not give a chance of circumventing his protect from melee.
Fistandantilus is working with several Saradominists to bypass the Edicts of Guthix, apparently in an effort to start a war between Misthalin and Morytania. His exact motives, however, are unclear.
