Fior is a dwarf currently gambling in the Keldagrim Rat Pits. He is a factory worker, but he hopes to be able to skip work the next day by making enough money in the Rat Pits. Apparently his wages are incredibly low; he is up ten coins, and says that a few more is equal to a day's wages. He is wielding a beer, much like the Drunken Dwarf.
